Roxby Close, is a 10 storey apartment block that is situated in a busy area of Leeds. Working as a Sub-Contractor for Equans, Grove’s job was to refurbish this 1950’s tower block by applying a non-combustible render system to the external walls to achieve a more comfortable and safer environment for the residents.
The benefits of this project resulted in a more modernized appearance, better energy efficiency and carbon emission reduction, reduced heating and cooling costs and updated fire safety requirements.
