Grove was contracted to undertake this office refurbishment. This project involved electrical wiring, lighting installation, structural modification and interior decoration. The primary focus was to transform an outdated office space into a modern, functional and aesthetically pleasing workplace.
Our Electrical department worked on this project seeing that the entire office space met all the current safety standards and accommodated the power demands. New energy efficient LED lighting fixtures were installed to improve illumination and to reduce energy costs.
Our Construction department demolished an internal wall between two offices to create a workstation and collaborative area, promoting a sense of unity among the employees. Additionally, Grove installed a new staircase and balustrade to connect the two floors, facilitating easier operation and movement between levels. The installation of the new staircase and balustrade was a key design element in the project. The design combined functionality with aesthetics, featuring a sleek, modern design that complimented the overall office interior.
The interior theme, aimed to create a contemporary and welcoming office environment. This included selecting colour schemes, finishes and furnishing that reflect the company’s brand identity. The reception was revamped to make a lasting first impression on visitors and the conference room was designed to facilitate efficient and comfortable collaboration.
