Our team are proud to present an overview of this remarkable project undertaken for a private client. This project involved the complete transformation and refurbishment of a residential property located in Wetherby, West Yorkshire.
Our scope of work included a wide range of construction and electrical tasks, including structural change and repairs to create a bespoke layout design, window and door refurbishments, interior and exterior decoration, custom made walk-in wardrobes, electrical wiring, lighting installation, electrical upgrades and roofing improvements which included sky light windows to provide natural lighting.
The exterior of the property received an External Wall Insulation render system to provide better energy efficiency and to reduce heating costs whilst also improving the properties aesthetics.
